Create a stand-out marketplace listing

Use high-quality images
Make sure that your images are clear, well-lit, and show off the item from different angles. Be sure to include images of the actual item (even if it’s brand new) and photos of it being worn too.

Don’t overlook the description
This is your chance to sell the item and persuade potential buyers to take action. Be sure to include all relevant information about the item, including its condition, size, fit, colour, and any special features or flaws. This helps to build trust and may minimise questions on your listing.

Price it right
Price your item competitively to attract as many buyers as possible. Having a look at similar listings is a great place to start.

Respond to questions promptly
Buyers want to know that they can get answers to their questions quickly, so be sure to respond to any questions as soon as possible. This will help build trust.

Consider offers & counter offers
Around 60% of sales on our marketplace are made by offer. If you’re not willing to accept the first offer a member makes, remember that you can always counter with a price you’d be happy with.
